- נָבוֹלָאm. (נְבַל) mean person, scamp.Pl. נָבוֹלִין. Y.Macc.I, end, 31b אית נ׳ סגין מאןוכ׳ there are plenty of mean persons who see their fellowmen taken out for execution (through false testimony) and say nothing (although they could save them).
